  Matthew is the Practice Leader of the Commercial Litigation Group of the firm. His practice covers the following areas:

• Trade Practices & Franchising;
• Building and Construction;
• Employment and Defamation; and
• Contract Disputes and Contract Advice.

Matthew has advised some of Queensland’s high profile businesses and has represented corporate and individual clients in sophisticated, complex and sensitive litigation.

Matthew is admitted to the Supreme Courts of Queensland, Northern Territory and the High Court of Australia. He also appears regularly in a number of tribunals and is a member of the AFL Queensland Tribunal and appointed AFL Queensland Investigator.
