Hui Ling Dean : Associate

Hui Ling joined WHD in November 2006, after completing 2 years Articles of Clerkship at an established Gold Coast law firm and working as a solicitor for the Australian Taxation Office.  She hold Bachelor's degrees in each of Law (with Honours) and International Business, and is fluent in the Mandarin language.

She has legal experience in Insolvency, Bankruptcy, Commercial Litigation, Estate Litigation, Taxation Litigation, Contract Advice, Employer and Defamation Disputes.

Hui Ling represents clients in all of the Queensland state courts and tribunals as well as in the Federal Courts and has appeared on behalf of clients in complex corporation and individual litigation matters.

She is also the honorary solicitor for the Gold Coast Kart Club Inc
