Loan graduated from University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Laws Degree (with Honours) and has practised in Succession Law since 2005. Her experience in Estate Planning, Estate Administration and Estate Litigation includes:-

Wills (including testamentary discretionary trust Wills made in consideration of business structures, trusts and self managed superannuation funds, in coordination with accountants and financial planners), Enduring Powers of Attorney, General Powers of Attorney, Letters of Wishes, and Advance Health Directives;

Administration of estates pursuant to a Will or in accordance with the laws of intestacy (including applications for Grants of Probate, Letters of Administration on Intestacy and Letters of Administration with the Will, and claims for superannuation death benefits); and

Applications for family provision and challenges to the validity of Wills.

Loan is an Associate member of STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
