Tom is an Associate in the insurance litigation group of the firm. His practice covers the following areas:

Insurance Litigation;
Commercial Litigation;
Workers Compensation;
Motor Vehicle Personal Injury;
Professional Negligence; and
Tort Law.

During his career Tom has provided advice to some of Queensland's leading insurers and has worked in-house for WorkCover Queensland. He has represented corporate and individual clients in sophisticated, complex and sensitive litigation.

After two years articles Tom was admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2003. He is a member of the Governing Council of Kings College at the University of Queensland, the Queensland Law Society Tort Law & Accident Compensation Committee and the Australian Lawyers Alliance.
