Prior to joining the firm, Paul spent over 13 years with a national firm, specialising in defending CTP and public liability claims for a range of general and CTP insurers, workers’ compensation claims (both for WorkCover and for self-insurer clients) and representing employers faced with workplace health and safety investigations and prosecutions. Paul has extensive experience in a diverse range of workplace health and safety issues within the mining, retailing, manufacturing, and construction industries.

Paul is an ex-military aviator, and holds degrees in Law, Commerce and Science. His legal practice specialises in:

Workers Compensation;
Workplace Health & Safety;
Motor Vehicle Personal Injury;
Insurance Law; and
Aviation Law.

He has also lectured on training courses for workers’ compensation self-insurers and is a Q-Comp accredited Damages Case Manager.
