About Jack

A Partner of the firm since 1989, Jack has practised extensively in the fields of insurance law and risk management for over 25 years.

Jack’s thorough and expert approach to claims management has seen him maintain the firm’s position as the law firm of choice for a large State Government Department for over 20 years.

Known for his relationship-based approach, Jack’s insurance clients appreciate his expertise, professionalism and quick response times.

Jack’s risk management practice involves working with clients to identify areas of possible concern and implement steps to mitigate the risk of adverse outcomes. His reputation as a proactive ‘problem-solver’ has seen Jack instructed by schools and educational organisations to advise and assist in navigating times of crisis.

Due to his specific insight and in-depth knowledge of educational organisations, Jack has been engaged to review and recommend changes to policies and procedures, ensuring his clients comply with statutory requirements. Jack is also regularly called upon to present to Principals, Deputies and Senior Management on the complexities of Schools Law.

An active member of the Catholic community, Jack has significant involvement with St Patrick’s College Shorncliffe, Edmund Rice Education Australia and the Association of Catholic Professionals.

With a full and active life outside of the law, Jack enjoys nothing more than beach worming and fishing with his family.
