  1. We’re not a conveyancing workshop. We employ qualified solicitors and paralegals to undertake your conveyance under the supervision of a Partner with more than 25 years’ experience in the property industry.
  2. We look for the loopholes. We move mountains to ensure that your settlement day is not pushed back due to complications which could have been avoided.
  3. We have back-up if things don’t go to plan. We recognise that sometimes, despite both of us doing everything right, things don’t always go to plan and problems can arise with contracts. We have the back up of a highly qualified and experienced litigation team that can enforce your rights if needed
